And on Monday The Little Scrap we proposed a new kit, both beautiful and original! These wheels Passion 2.

To promote this kit, I had to scrap a minimum of two pages, as usual. But here there was a challenge, namely scrap with screwdrivers, wrenches, bolts, chains, tires, etc.. In short, all the paraphernalia of a passion for mechanics, especially on two wheels.

I try the experiment. I'm starting so ... and I realize my first page Race driving my kart red ... I use two photos in a mask and a template.

And while I'm doing this first page, other ideas come to me. Before starting a second page, I decided to get down to the clipping of a photo quite specific, but not easy to clip because the background of my character dressed in navy blue there is a car black. So we have to spend a very long time before getting a result that is suitable for qualified ... but far from perfect. In short, I'll start later this clipping from scratch and using the technique of the pen with Adobe Photoshop CS.

The trimming is done, I can start the staging of the page Before the starting signal the Race ...

But I'm liking! Yes, this kit! So I write in my page number 3, because in addition I have other ideas of layout. So I continue Hefty Smurf's Story , and I decide to use bolts as an eyelet, the keys as a corner of the page ...

But there are still plenty of items I have not used ... and especially my photo trimmed my page # 2 I like that, and I want to reuse. So for the page My Passion I decided to put three shots and using different techniques:

• the first picture in a template
• the second in a mask
• and third as that character cutout

which gives the page a certain originality.

And a last one for the road: Motorsports . A page "lighter" for which I spent the pictures in black and white.

All pages are made with Scrapbook MAX! They need precision work. Alignment tools were used (align right, left, distribute horizontally, vertically ...) and features to set precisely the sizes, positions and angles, and of course he had to work with a higher zoom level to control the slightest detail.
